This policy explains what GlitchedLab collects when you use this website and what we do with it. It covers the marketing site only — work delivered under a client agreement is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, the type of work you selected, an indicative budget, and your message.
• Server logs. Standard request logs including IP address, user agent and requested path, retained for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, and no cross-site profiling. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

Why we hold it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Server logs are used to keep the site available and to rate-limit abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Request logs are retained for a short operational window.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@glitchedlab.com and we will action it.

Processors

The site runs on infrastructure we operate directly. Email delivery for contact-form enquiries may pass through a third-party sending provider. No other processor receives your enquiry.
