The systems that keep your business running.
Managed infrastructure, monitoring and support for organisations that need their technology to simply work. We run environments as a standing responsibility rather than a series of tickets, which is why problems tend to surface as changes we already made.
What this covers.
Managed infrastructure
Servers, networking, backups and the unglamorous maintenance that decides whether an outage is an inconvenience or a crisis.
Monitoring and incident response
Alerting that reaches a person, runbooks that person can follow, and a written post-incident review every time.
Security and access
Identity, access review, patch cadence and hardening — the controls auditors ask about, maintained rather than assembled the week before.
Cloud and migration
Moving workloads without a weekend of downtime, and sizing them so the bill reflects what you actually use.

Things people ask first.
Do you take over an environment somebody else built?+
Regularly. The engagement opens with an audit and a documented handover so nothing depends on knowledge that left with the last provider.
How is this billed?+
A monthly retainer sized to the environment, with project work quoted separately. No per-ticket billing — that incentivises the wrong behaviour.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?+
Yes. Most of our enterprise work supplements an internal team rather than replacing it, covering out-of-hours, specialist areas, or capacity.
