Native iOS and Android, from concept to store.
We take mobile products the whole distance — shaping the idea, designing the interface, building it native, and getting it through review. You get a team that has done every step of that path before, so the unknowns are ours to absorb rather than yours to discover.
What this covers.
Product definition
We start by cutting scope to what earns its place in v1. Most app projects fail on ambition, not engineering.
Native build
SwiftUI and Kotlin where the platform matters, React Native where shared surface pays for itself. The choice is argued, not defaulted.
Monetisation
Subscriptions, in-app purchase, paywall placement and pricing ladders wired up properly from the first build.
Store launch
Listing, screenshots, keywords and review submission. We have been through App Review enough times to design around it.
Post-launch iteration
Analytics, crash monitoring and a release cadence that keeps shipping after the launch-day spike fades.
How an engagement runs.
- 01
Define
One week to agree what ships, what waits, and what success looks like in numbers.
- 02
Design
Interface and flows, prototyped against the real constraints of the platform.
- 03
Build
Working builds in your hands throughout, not a reveal at the end.
- 04
Ship
Store submission, review handling, launch monitoring.
- 05
Iterate
Measure, cut what nobody uses, extend what they do.
Things people ask first.
How long does a first version take?+
Most focused v1 apps run six to twelve weeks depending on backend complexity. We scope to a date and cut features to hold it, rather than letting the date drift.
Do you work with an existing codebase?+
Yes. We start with a short audit so the estimate reflects the code that exists rather than the code we would have written.
Who owns the code?+
You do, entirely, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation and we work inside them.
