We build it,
make it intelligent,
and keep it running.

Mobile products, AI systems that survive production, and the infrastructure underneath them. Three disciplines under one roof — so what we build and what we operate is never somebody else’s problem.

01Mobile Apps

Native iOS and Android, from concept to store.

We take mobile products the whole distance — shaping the idea, designing the interface, building it native, and getting it through review. You get a team that has done every step of that path before, so the unknowns are ours to absorb rather than yours to discover.

How a build runs
  1. 01
    Define
One week to agree what ships, what waits, and what success looks like in numbers.
  2. 02
    Design
Interface and flows, prototyped against the real constraints of the platform.
  3. 03
    Build
Working builds in your hands throughout, not a reveal at the end.
  4. 04
    Ship
Store submission, review handling, launch monitoring.
  5. 05
    Iterate
Measure, cut what nobody uses, extend what they do.
02AI Engineering

Agents, pipelines and evaluation you can put in production.

The gap between an impressive demo and a system you can put in front of customers is mostly evaluation, cost control and failure handling. That gap is where we work. We build AI features that behave predictably enough to depend on.

How we work
  1. 01
    Frame
What the system must get right, how often, and what happens when it does not.
  2. 02
    Prototype
The narrowest version that proves the approach, measured against a real eval set.
  3. 03
    Harden
Failure paths, guardrails, observability, cost ceilings.
  4. 04
    Integrate
Into your product and your stack, behind your auth, inside your data boundaries.
  5. 05
    Operate
Monitoring, drift detection, and a plan for the next model release.
03Enterprise IT

The systems that keep your business running.

Managed infrastructure, monitoring and support for organisations that need their technology to simply work. We run environments as a standing responsibility rather than a series of tickets, which is why problems tend to surface as changes we already made.

Every engagement opens with an audit and a written handover, so nothing depends on knowledge that left with the last provider.

How we work

Speed that comes from method, not from cutting corners.

Most studios quote long because their process is slow, then protect the estimate with padding. We shortened the process instead — which changes what a realistic timeline looks like.

01

Small teams, short loops

Work moves through a small senior team rather than a chain of handoffs. Fewer people who each hold the whole picture beats more people who each hold a slice.

02

AI woven into delivery, not bolted on

We use AI inside our own process — planning, scaffolding, review, verification. That is why estimates that read as optimistic to other studios are routine for us.

03

Working software early, continuously

You see running builds throughout, not a reveal at the end. Scope arguments happen while they are still cheap to have.

04

We stay after launch

Building and operating sit in the same team. A system nobody wants to own on day ninety was designed wrong on day one.

Tell us what you’re building.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we’re the right team. If we aren’t, we’ll say so.
